DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

We use Royal Mail services.

We send a delivery tracking link to the delivery email address provided at checkout.

For UK Deliveries, we use Royal Mail 2nd class signed-for delivery service. For more information please see here:

It can take between 2-4 days for the order to be delivered. Though this timeframe is not guaranteed. 

If you require special delivery for your order, please email us when you place your order contact us to arrange an alternative delivery service. 

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED ?

Book orders are posted in a white paper bubble wrap envelope with an Alex Alligator & Friends label. If your order includes multiple items larger than the bubble wrap envelope then we post the order in a cardboard box. We will contact you to see what you prefer. 

Framed Prints are posted in a cardboard box. Box size and weight varies on frame size.  

Prints are posted in an A4 / A3 cardboard envelope. 

WILL THE AUTHOR, SARAH MOLLER, SIGN A BOOK TO A GIVEN NAME?

Yes! Sarah is very thankful for each order and enjoys signing each book, and writing a message if requested.

Once your order is placed, we will email to ask you if you would like the book(s) signing, and ask for, given name, message etc. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS A GIFT AND I DON'T WANT A RECEIPT TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE ?

We don't include a receipt in the package delivered for an order.

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER ? 

This is very rare. If you don't receive your order within 5 x days of placing your order please contact us: sarah@alexalligatorandfriends.com. We will contact the delivery service provider to investigate where the package is. We will contact you within 24 Hours of your email and update you. If the order is lost, we will give you the option to have a full refund or we will resend a replacement new order to you.
